Career in Numbers
Eleven years of building, launching, and turning around programs across three countries — quantified from performance reviews, launch results, and career records.
Career Timeline
From building medical affairs and training functions in Pakistan, to launching franchises in Malaysia, to leading commercial and patient-operations chapters in Canada.
Special Projects & Initiatives
Beyond the day job — the specific programs, launches, and enterprise work-packages that defined measurable impact at each stage of the journey.
Performance Recognition
A pattern that predates the formal ratings below: since first joining pharma in 2016, nearly every year has brought a promotion or a step up in scope — three promotions in under two years at OBS Pakistan, a promotion to Senior Executive within 8 months at PharmEvo, and a progression from Executive to Director-level roles at Roche across three countries. The "Exceptional Contribution" system shown here only exists at Roche (2019–present); the advancement pattern goes back further.
